At Way Up Academy, we believe that every child is unique and has the potential to achieve great things. Montessori & Mandarin
The Montessori approach focuses on child-led learning within a prepared environment, where children are free to choose activities and to learn at their own pace. Way Up academy embraces Montessori philosophy that emphasizes respect for the child, the development of autonomy, and the importance of a sensory-rich learning environment. Our Montessori materials are designed to be self-correcting, promoting problem-solving skills and independence.
Mandarin immersion, on the other hand, fosters social interaction in Mandarin. The program aims for our students not only to develop proficiency in Mandarin but also to enrich an understanding and appreciation of Chinese culture. Immersion in a second language at an early age has been shown to enhance cognitive development, including improved problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.
